We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Closer Specialist with expertise in selling custom websites, Wordpress Website and e-commerce websites. As a Sales Closer Specialist, you will play a vital role in driving revenue growth by effectively closing sales deals with potential clients. Your primary focus will be on understanding client needs, presenting our website solutions, and persuasively closing sales opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, email marketing, social media, and networking events.
  • Conduct thorough research on potential clients to understand their business objectives and website requirements.
  • Initiate and maintain effective communication with prospects to build rapport and gain a deep understanding of their needs and pain points.
  • Present and demonstrate our custom website and e-commerce website solutions to potential clients, highlighting their unique features and benefits.
  • Handle objections and address concerns raised by prospects, providing relevant information and insights to overcome barriers to closing the sale.
  • Collaborate with the website development team to ensure accurate project scoping, pricing, and timelines for custom website projects.
  • Prepare and present persuasive sales proposals and quotes that align with client requirements and budgets.
  • Negotiate pricing and contract terms with clients, ensuring a win-win outcome for both parties.
  • Follow up with prospects in a timely manner to nurture relationships, answer queries, and guide them through the sales process.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, contributing to the overall revenue growth of the company.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position our website solutions and differentiate them in the market.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales, particularly in selling custom websites and e-commerce websites.
  • Strong understanding of website design, development, and e-commerce principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
  • Persuasive negotiation and closing skills to convert leads into sales opportunities.
  • Self-motivated, driven, and target-oriented with a relentless focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, collaborating with different stakeholders to deliver outstanding results.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools to manage and track leads throughout the sales cycle.
  • Good organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • A positive attitude, resilience, and the ability to handle rejection and bounce back quickly.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
