Key responsibilities:

Able to Install solar PV systems, handle wiring, mount and connections of Inverter and Solar panels MC4 connections, perform testing, and install main switches for residential and commercial projects.
Lead site teams to ensure efficient, safe, and high-quality installations in compliance with company standards and regulations.
Conduct site visits to verify pre-installation requirements are met.
Manage after-sales service, including customer inquiries, complaint resolution, fault removal, warranty claims and KE net metering files.
Complete On-Site Solar Electrical Training will be given by our experts then after MUST be able to work independently.

Key Competencies:

Good knowledge of PV solar industry or willingness to learn Strong technical knowledge
Strong project management skills and ability to meet project deadlines (time and budget) Strong supervisory and leadership skills
Self-motivated with good time management skills and ability to prioritize your workload Focus on customer service
Good initiative and attention to detail
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Trustworthiness and discretion when handling confidential information A smart appearance and professional manner
