We’re seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to help shape the user experience of our digital products and transform the way healthcare professionals and patients interact with technology

Responsibilities:

Design intuitive, accessible, and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile healthcare products.
Conduct user research (interviews, surveys, usability tests) to inform design decisions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, stakeholders) to bring designs to life.
Ensure designs comply with healthcare regulations like HIPAA.
Maintain a cohesive design system and advocate for inclusive design practices

Requirements:

5-8 years or more of UI/UX design experience, ideally in healthcare or health tech.
Experience in product distribution in the USA, supply chain, or warehousing for product distribution.
Strong portfolio showcasing your design work.- Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
Understanding of healthcare regulations (HIPAA, accessibility standards).
Strong collaboration and communication skills.

Nice-to-Have:

Experience with mobile-first design, front-end technologies (HTML/CSS), or healthcare-specific research
