Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls
- Booking and rescheduling appointments
- Managing surgeries and theatre lists
- Checking and responding to emails
- Uploading documents
Requirements:
- Minimum age of 25
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Exceptional computer literacy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- High-speed internet connection (please provide upload and download speed details from a speed test)
- Reliable power backup for your computer, phone, and modem
- A computer less than 3 years old with the ability to connect to the internet via an ethernet cable (phone system reliance)
- Minimum 8GB of RAM
- 2nd monitor/screen
- High-quality headset
- Outstanding communication skills
