Responsibilities  

  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information
  • Assist with placing orders and processing payments
  • Identify and escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer focus at all times
  • Keep up-to-date with product knowledge to provide accurate answers to customer questions
  • Build strong relationships with customers by providing outstanding service

Requirements

  • bachelors or equivalent
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
