We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant with 3 to 5 years of proven experience to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial reporting, budgeting, and accounting principles, and will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review financial statements and reports.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable.
- Conduct reconciliations of bank statements and other financial records.
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting.
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures.
- Support the preparation of tax returns and financial audits.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial documents.
- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of proven experience in accounting or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Effective communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- CPA or CMA certification is a plus.
- Experience with financial analysis and reporting.
