Special Skill Required:
- Must have knowledge of Gas Chromatography and its applications.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to translate complex technical information into customer-friendly terms
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Conduct product presentations, demos, and technical discussions with potential clients.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable equipment or solutions.
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and contracts.
- Help Service Team in installation of laboratory equipment and systems as per client requirements.
- Conduct calibration of instruments, including Gas Chromatography equipment, to ensure accurate and reliable performance.
- Help Service Team in troubleshooting and repair laboratory instruments and devices, with a focus on Gas Chromatography systems.
- Offer on-site and remote technical support to clients for resolving equipment-related issues.
- Train users on proper equipment operation, maintenance practices, and Gas Chromatography techniques.
- Maintain detailed service records, including installation, calibration, and maintenance logs.
- Collaborate with the sales and R&D teams to address customer feedback and improve service quality.
