Responsibilities:

Check Do issue and verify its commodity.
Check and verify manifestation has been filled with all company SOPs.
Check and maintain how much BLs has been issued to which agent on a daily basis.
Verify complete documentation of shipment.
Report weekly to the management about any discrepancy or incomplete record.
Monthly checking of SOA of the agents.
Monitoring the implementation of company SOPs regarding record keeping and documentation.
Daily follow-up for the incomplete record needs to be completed by the respective department.
Prepare audit reports, detail findings, and recommendations for the department & management review.
Other tasks as instructed by the Department & Management.

Qualification and Skills:

Minimum BBA or Masters in Finance (MBA, M.COM, or ACCA) - Finalist will be preferable.
Proven experience in conducting internal audits, preferably in the shipping or logistics industry.
Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and internal control concepts.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present findings and recommendations to management.
Proficiency in using audit tools.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Familiarity with shipping industry regulations and practices is a plus point.
