Plan, supervise, monitor, and provide ongoing technical support to Community Mobilizers to ensure effective implementation of community-based activities.
Establish and maintain liaison with community leaders to facilitate the formation of support groups and youth groups.
Conduct community-based sessions and capacity-building activities.
Supervise Community Management Health, Nutrition and Infant and Young Child Feeding (IYCF) activities in the field.
Provide support and monitor Community Mobilizers for the successful implementation of outreach components in selected districts, focusing on operational efficiency and quality implementation.
Collaborate in the planning, selection of participants, Training Needs Assessment (TNA), and ensure the delivery of health and nutrition-related trainings as part of project implementation.
Conduct assessments to identify capacity-building needs and establish technical areas requiring training and on-the-job support among the team.
Standardize project Information, Education, and Communication (IEC) material for Health & Nutrition.
Contribute to the revision of monitoring and program tools in collaboration with your line Manager. Provide training to staff and volunteers on the new tools and procedures.
Promote program integration with Health, Nutrion Food Security and Livelihoods (FSL), Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene (WASH), and other cross-cutting issues.
Liaise with relevant departments for coordination, documentation, and sharing of information to enhance program effectiveness.
Perform any other tasks as assigned by management.
