Responsibilities

Diploma in Civil Engineering with 01 - 03 years’ experience of supervising building construction projects.
Maintains project administration in a correct and timely manner.
Keeping detailed records of construction site activities.
Translate blueprints into plans.
Assign tasks to construction laborers.
Excellent command on project planning, site execution, material & vendors, schedule, and budget management.
Expert knowledge of building products, construction details, and relevant rules, regulations, and quality standards.
Responsible for maintaining safety and quality standards.
Quantity surveying and cost estimation.
Familiar with market rates for materials and works.
Able to prepare Rate Analyses.
Orders materials and equipment and takes care of the necessary permits.
Manages sub-contractors by locating, evaluating, and selecting contractors.

Qualifications

Strong communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills.
Good time management and analytical skills.
Good telephone etiquette and computer literacy skills.
Background in building construction will be preferred
Ability to read, write and understand English.
Computer proficiency is required.
Proficient in MS Office and ability to adapt to new tools and software
Understanding of Working Drawings.
Design Ability is added attribute but not a necessary requirement.
