UI / UX Developer

We are looking for a skilled Mid-Level UI/UX Developer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of both design principles and front-end development, enabling them to create intuitive, engaging, and functional user interfaces. You will work closely with the product, design, and engineering teams to implement responsive designs, ensuring a seamless experience across devices and platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

UI/UX Design and Development:

Create user-centered designs by understanding business requirements and user feedback.
Design intuitive and engaging interfaces for web and mobile applications using design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
Develop functional and responsive web pages using HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (or frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js).

Prototyping and Wireframing:

Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mock-ups to visually communicate design ideas and user flows.
Collaborate with stakeholders to refine designs and iterate based on user feedback.

Front-End Development:

Translate design concepts into responsive, pixel-perfect HTML/CSS/JavaScript code.
Ensure that all user interface elements are developed with clean and maintainable code.
Optimize web pages for performance and accessibility.
Work closely with back-end developers to integrate the UI with server-side applications.

Collaboration and Communication:

Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to align design goals with project requirements.
Participate in design reviews and contribute to improving the overall user experience.
Work with QA teams to ensure that the final product meets design specifications and works across different browsers and devices.

User Research and Testing:

Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to improve designs.
Analyze user behavior and data to inform design decisions and iterations.
Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.

Skills & Qualifications:

Design Skills:

Proficiency in UI/UX design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar tools.
Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design work for web and mobile applications.
Knowledge of design systems, color theory, typography, and layout principles.

Development Skills:

Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
Experience with JavaScript frameworks like React or Angular.
Experience with CSS preprocessors like SASS or LESS.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related fields, or equivalent work experience.
Experience: 3-5 years of experience in UI/UX design and front-end development.

Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing relevant work, particularly demonstrating your ability to design and implement responsive web and mobile interfaces. Nice to Have:

Experience with user research and A/B testing tools.
Familiarity with back-end technologies (e.g., .NET) for a better understanding of full-stack development. Understanding of design tokens and how to implement design systems.
