Responsibilities:

Design and format slides, charts, and graphics for presentations and reports.
Develop and maintain visual templates for use across presentations and documents.
Ensure consistency and adherence to brand guidelines and design standards.
Collaborate with consultants and project teams to understand project requirements and develop appropriate visual materials.
Conduct research and analysis to identify trends, insights, and best practices in visual design and data visualization.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in visual design and data visualization.

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of experience working as a Visual Graphics Specialist or similar role at McKinsey, Bain, or BCG.
Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, PowerPoint, and Excel.
Excellent visual design skills, with a focus on data visualization and storytelling.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Experience working remotely or in a virtual team environment.
