The Opportunity
We're seeking a skilled and passionate Web & Software Developer to join our growing team. In this innovative role, you'll play a key role in developing and maintaining our real estate technology solutions. You'll work closely with designers, product managers, and other developers to create user-friendly and high-performing web applications and tools that enhance our clients' experience and drive business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to understand project requirements and translate them into clean, well-documented, and maintainable code.
- Develop and implement front-end and back-end features for web applications using a variety of programming languages and frameworks (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Python, Java).
- Integrate with third-party APIs and services to extend functionality and enhance user experience.
- Write unit tests and implement best practices for code quality and maintainability.
- Debug and troubleshoot code to ensure smooth operation and fix any technical issues.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest web development trends and technologies.
- Assist with the deployment and maintenance of web applications on our servers.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in web development, with a strong understanding of front-end and back-end development principles.
- Proficiency in programming languages like HTML, CSS, JavaScript (and frameworks like React, Angular), and a back-end language like Python or Java.
- Experience with database management systems (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) is a plus.
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and familiarity with Agile development methodologies is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A passion for real estate technology and a desire to learn and adapt to new technologies is a plus.
