Responsibilities:

Collaborate with agents and marketing teams to understand property details and develop video concepts.
Film high-quality video footage of properties, using professional equipment and techniques (e.g., lighting, drone footage, etc.) to create visually engaging content.
Capture captivating B-roll footage of surrounding neighborhoods and amenities.
Capturing Vlogs of our Realtors.
Capturing podcast.
Capturing & creation of DVC is a plus.

Qualifications:

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in videography and editing, preferably within the real estate industry.
Strong understanding of video production principles, including lighting, sound recording, and camera operation.
Proficient in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
Excellent visual storytelling skills with the ability to create compelling narratives.
A creative and innovative mindset with a passion for real estate visuals.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and take initiative.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are a plus.
