The Opportunity

We're seeking a results-oriented and strategic Digital Marketing Manager to join our growing team. In this exciting role, you'll be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and increase sales for our company's real estate listings. You'll leverage a variety of digital marketing channels to reach our target audience and achieve our business objectives.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a data-driven digital marketing strategy aligned with our overall marketing goals.
Manage and oversee all aspects of our digital marketing campaigns, including SEO (Search Engine Optimization), SEM (Search Engine Marketing), content marketing, social media marketing, email marketing, and pay-per-click (PPC) advertising.
Conduct keyword research and optimize website content for search engines to improve organic ranking.
Manage and analyze website traffic using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and generate reports to measure campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
Create high-quality and engaging content (e.g., blog posts, infographics, videos) that attracts potential buyers and showcases our properties.
Manage and nurture leads generated through digital marketing campaigns.
Stay up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.
Collaborate with other departments, including sales, web development, and graphic design, to ensure a cohesive marketing strategy.
Oversee the budget allocated for digital marketing initiatives.
Develop and implement a data-driven social media strategy aligned with our overall marketing goals.
Manage and create high-quality content for various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Youtube etc.). This may include photos, videos, graphics, and engaging text.
Schedule and publish social media content on a regular basis.
Monitor and respond to comments and messages on social media platforms in a timely and professional manner.
Run targeted social media advertising campaigns to reach a wider audience and promote specific properties or services.
Track and analyze social media performance metrics and generate reports to measure the success of campaigns.
Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends and best practices.
Collaborate with other marketing and sales teams to ensure brand consistency and campaign effectiveness.

Qualifications:

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of success in the real estate industry (a plus).
Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices, including SEO, SEM, content marketing, social media marketing, email marketing, and PPC advertising.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience with website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot) is a plus.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Passion for the real estate industry and a deep understanding of the current market trends is a plus.
