The Opportunity

We're seeking a results-oriented and strategic Digital Marketing Manager to join our growing team.  In this exciting role, you'll be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and increase sales for our company's real estate listings. You'll leverage a variety of digital marketing channels to reach our target audience and achieve our business objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a data-driven digital marketing strategy aligned with our overall marketing goals.
  • Manage and oversee all aspects of our digital marketing campaigns, including SEO (Search Engine Optimization), SEM (Search Engine Marketing), content marketing, social media marketing, email marketing, and pay-per-click (PPC) advertising.
  • Conduct keyword research and optimize website content for search engines to improve organic ranking.
  • Manage and analyze website traffic using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and generate reports to measure campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  • Create high-quality and engaging content (e.g., blog posts, infographics, videos) that attracts potential buyers and showcases our properties.
  • Manage and nurture leads generated through digital marketing campaigns.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.
  • Collaborate with other departments, including sales, web development, and graphic design, to ensure a cohesive marketing strategy.
  • Oversee the budget allocated for digital marketing initiatives.
  • Develop and implement a data-driven social media strategy aligned with our overall marketing goals.
  • Manage and create high-quality content for various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Youtube etc.). This may include photos, videos, graphics, and engaging text.
  • Schedule and publish social media content on a regular basis.
  • Monitor and respond to comments and messages on social media platforms in a timely and professional manner.
  • Run targeted social media advertising campaigns to reach a wider audience and promote specific properties or services.
  • Track and analyze social media performance metrics and generate reports to measure the success of campaigns.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends and best practices.
  • Collaborate with other marketing and sales teams to ensure brand consistency and campaign effectiveness.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of success in the real estate industry (a plus).
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices, including SEO, SEM, content marketing, social media marketing, email marketing, and PPC advertising.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot) is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Passion for the real estate industry and a deep understanding of the current market trends is a plus.
  • Strong interest in the real estate industry is a plus.
