We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Officer to join our team. The Sales Officer will be responsible for driving sales, building relationships with customers, and expanding the company’s market reach. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and negotiation skills and a passion for meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing queries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Regularly follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and explore upselling or cross-selling opportunities.

Market Research & Analysis:

  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and the competitive landscape.
  • Identify new market opportunities, including potential customer segments and geographic areas for business growth.
  • Gather and analyze sales data to prepare reports and presentations for management.

Sales Strategy Implementation:

  • Implement sales plans and strategies to achieve business goals.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align promotional activities with sales objectives.
  • Participate in sales campaigns, events, and product launches to attract new customers.

Negotiation & Deal Closing:

  • Conduct negotiations with customers to close deals that are beneficial for both the client and the company.
  • Prepare and present competitive sales offers, ensuring alignment with company pricing and profitability targets.

Sales Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate sales records, customer databases, and activity logs.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales performance reports to management.
  • Provide insights and feedback on market conditions and customer preferences.

Team Collaboration:

  • Work closely with other departments such as marketing, product development, and customer service to ensure a cohesive approach to achieving business objectives.
  • Collaborate with senior management to refine sales strategies and improve processes.
