Key Responsibilities:
1. Record and manage day-to-day financial transactions.
2. Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports.
3. Ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
4. Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow.
5. Collaborate with internal teams to gather financial information.
6. Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.
7. Participate in audits and ensure timely resolution of any discrepancies.
8. Stay updated on changes in accounting regulations and standards.
9. Provide financial information for decision-making purposes.
10. Assist in the implementation and improvement of accounting processes.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
2. Professional certification (e.g., CPA) is a plus.
3. Proven experience as an Accountant or in a similar role.
4. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations.
5. Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
6. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
7. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
8. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
9. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
10. Ethical conduct and high integrity.
