You will drive sales through outbound calls, maintain customer relationships, and meet sales targets. Your key tasks will involve identifying leads, pitching products or services, and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective and existing customers.
  • Follow up on leads and manage customer inquiries efficiently.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
  • Resolve customer issues and provide exceptional post-sale support.
  • Participate in ongoing sales training to enhance your selling techniques.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Manager to meet individual and team performance goals.

Performance Expectations:

  • Achieve a monthly sales target of $1000 to $3000.
  • Generate at least 4 qualified leads daily.
  • Maintain high call-to-sale conversion rates.
  • Performance will be reviewed monthly, focusing on sales numbers, customer satisfaction, and overall contribution.

Prohibited Conduct: To ensure a professional work environment, the following actions are prohibited:

  • Misrepresenting the company, products, or services.
  • Using inappropriate language or behavior with clients or colleagues.
  • Sharing confidential information.
  • Non-work-related activities during work hours.
  • Providing inaccurate sales reports or false information.
  • Any violations may result in disciplinary action, including termination.

Work Schedule:

Working hours: 10 PM to 6 AM, Monday to Friday.

  • You will have the flexibility to meet client demands.
  • No traditional holidays will be observed except for Eid.
  • Attendance is crucial: three late arrivals will be considered equivalent to one day of absence.

Compensation and Benefits:

Base Salary: 15,000 - 35,000 PKR.

  • Commission: Commission based on sales performance (details provided during onboarding).
  • Salaries will be subject to applicable tax deductions and processed through company payroll.

Probationary Period:

The role will commence with a three-month probationary period during which performance will be closely monitored. A formal review will take place at the end of this period to review your progress and confirm your employment status.
