Java Developer

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Java Developer to join our dynamic team. As a Java Developer, your main responsibility will be to showcase your expertise by cracking interviews on behalf of the company. This role requires a thorough understanding of Java programming concepts, data structures, algorithms, and software development principles.

Responsibilities:

Conduct technical interviews with Clients.
Provide constructive feedback to Clients with his technical knowledge.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in Java development and related technologies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Proven work experience as a Java Developer with 4 to 5 years of hands-on experience in Java programming.
Strong knowledge of core Java concepts, data structures, and algorithms.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate technical concepts effectively.
Strong interpersonal skills to conduct interviews with Clients.
