Job timings: 10 am to 6pm

Working days: Monday to friday

Salary budget : 80k+ commission

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical staffing needs and job specifications.
Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to identify and attract top technical talent.
Screen and assess candidates for technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Manage and coordinate the entire recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of technical candidates through networking, referrals, and active engagement.
Conduct thorough reference checks and background verification.
Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical recruiting.
Utilize data-driven insights to improve recruitment strategies and outcomes.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
3 years of experience as a Technical Recruiter.
In-depth knowledge of technical roles and requirements in the IT and engineering sectors.
Strong understanding of recruitment tools, techniques, and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle multiple priorities.
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
