Recruiter

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our dynamic team in the banking sector. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 3 years of experience in recruitment, with a strong understanding of the banking industry's unique needs.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates for various banking positions.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and networking events, to attract qualified candidates.
Conduct thorough candidate assessments and reference checks to ensure a good fit for the organization.
Maintain and update the applicant tracking system and recruitment metrics for reporting purposes.
Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates, industry contacts, and recruitment agencies.
Stay updated on banking industry trends and changes in labor laws affecting recruitment practices.
Assist in developing employer branding strategies to attract top talent.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2 to 3 years of recruitment experience in the banking sector.
Strong understanding of banking roles and skill requirements.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in using recruitment software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
