As the Team Lead/Operations Supervisor, you will oversee customer service operations, delivering outstanding customer satisfaction, positive customer engagement and team productivity.   • Conduct regular inspections to identify potential problems and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Train, mentor, and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Develop strategies for the retention and growth of existing customers.
  • Maintain effective communication with customers and team members, ensuring clear expectations and timely updates.
