Provide comprehensive technical support for software and hardware-related issues to ensure smooth operations across the organization.

Troubleshoot and resolve software problems, including installation, configuration, and user support for various applications and systems.
Manage hardware installations, upgrades, and maintenance tasks to ensure optimal performance and reliability of computer systems and peripherals.

Collaborate with IT team members to develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices.

Conduct regular system audits to identify vulnerabilities and recommend appropriate solutions for system security enhancements.
Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in software and hardware technologies, and provide recommendations for system improvements.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Proven experience and expertise in both software and hardware troubleshooting and support.
Strong knowledge of operating systems, productivity software, and hardware components.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work well under pressure.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with users and team members.
