Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach.
Utilize expertise in staff augmentation to identify and engage suitable candidates.
Manage and optimize profiles on freelance platforms such as Indeed, Glassdoor.
Handle and maintain developers' profiles to enhance their professional presence and opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to foster long-term partnerships.
Write compelling business proposals that clearly outline the value propositions of our solutions and services.
Generate high-quality leads through various channels
Collaborate with internal teams to understand staffing needs and requirements.
