Travel Consultant

We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as Travel Consultants and Flight/Holiday Experts. This is an exciting opportunity for freshers who are passionate about travel, customer service, and creating unforgettable experiences for our clients. As a Travel Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting customers in planning and booking their travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and holiday packages and visas.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide exceptional customer service by understanding clients\' travel preferences and requirements.

2. Assist clients in selecting and booking flights, accommodations, and holiday packages based on their preferences and budget.

3. Stay informed about the latest travel trends, airline policies, and destination information to provide accurate and up-to-date advice.

4. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.

5. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the travel agency.

6. Stay updated on industry regulations and travel restrictions to provide clients with relevant information.

7. Handle and resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally.

Qualifications:

Matriculation, Intermediate or Bachelors’ or equivalent with Good Communication Skills in English. (freshers are encouraged to apply).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Passion for travel and a keen interest in staying informed about travel destinations and trends.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with travel booking systems.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Training:

Comprehensive training will be provided to successful candidates, covering travel industry practices, customer service skills, and the effective use of booking systems.
