Key Responsibilities:

 

  1. Conduct in-depth analysis of business processes, systems, and data.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define project objectives.
  3. Develop detailed business requirements, user stories, and process documentation.
  4. Analyze and interpret data to identify trends and insights.
  5. Assist in the development of strategies to improve operational efficiency.
  6. Prepare and present reports and recommendations to stakeholders.
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (BBA) from a reputable university in Pakistan.
  2. A reliable laptop/PC with the necessary software for remote work.
  3. A stable internet connection with a minimum speed of 15 Mbps or higher.
  4. Willingness to work in the Eastern Standard Time or Canadian Time Zone.
  5. Flexibility to adjust working hours according to company requirements.
  6. Availability to work on weekends as per the company's needs.
  7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  8. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  9. Attention to detail and a proactive approach to tasks

Experience: 6 months of experience in a operations coordinator or related role.
