Identifying new business opportunities and generating leads through various channels such as referrals, networking, cold calling, etc.
Planning and executing relevant marketing activities in the territory.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and prospects by providing excellent customer service and follow-up.
Conducting needs analysis and presenting tailored solutions that match the customers' requirements and expectations.
Cross-selling and up-selling other banking products and services such as loans, deposits, insurance, investments, etc.
Keeping the internal CRM updated regularly.

Education:

Bachelor's and master's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.

Job Requirements:

Experience: 5-8 years of experience in the banking sales industry.
A solid knowledge of banking products and services and the ability to explain them clearly and convincingly.
A strong sales orientation and excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
A customer-centric approach and a high level of professionalism and integrity.
