• Identifying new business opportunities and generating leads through various channels such as referrals, networking, cold calling, etc.
  • Planning and executing relevant marketing activities in the territory.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and prospects by providing excellent customer service and follow-up.
  • Conducting needs analysis and presenting tailored solutions that match the customers' requirements and expectations.
  • Cross-selling and up-selling other banking products and services such as loans, deposits, insurance, investments, etc.
  • Keeping the internal CRM updated regularly.

Education:

  • Bachelor's and master's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.

Job Requirements:

  • Experience: 5-8 years of experience in the banking sales industry.
  • A solid knowledge of banking products and services and the ability to explain them clearly and convincingly.
  • A strong sales orientation and excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • A customer-centric approach and a high level of professionalism and integrity.
