Responsibilities
1. Be lead focal person between RADS Head Office, project team and KP field team
2. Maintain regular communication and ensure coordination between RADS Head Office, project team and field team
3. Support the Program Teams in implementing and continually managing project
4. Lead and supervise the project data validation, monitoring and evaluation activities in KP
5. Follow the work plan of KP Baseline Survey activities based on project requirements
6. Supervise and manage field team and monitors during activities and performance
7. Collaborate with stakeholders in the district and local communities of KP
8. Provide expert guidance to field monitors and other staff engaged in the field
9. Analyze monitoring findings and collaborate with field teams to identify and address corrective actions
10. Monitor data quality and facilitate timely and accurate daily reporting of monitoring findings to the RADS Head Office
11. Document and report performance, issues, challenges, and gaps related to the monitoring activities in the province to RADS Head Office
12. Ensure field monitors adhere to the highest ethical standards.
13. Address any additional field and program-related matters as required by RADS Head Office
Requirements.
Experience: Experience in leading and managing a MEL field team, 3-5 years of experience managing MEL activities in the health and development sector in Pakistan, especially in KP, Demonstrated experience in working with international donors, preferably USAID and/or USAID contractors, as well as local partners in the development sector,(NGOs) or Corporate sector.
Education: Master’s degree (or equivalent) in demography, public health, epidemiology, statistics, analytics, social sciences, or a related field.
Skills:
• Strong skills in writing, research, analysis, and presentation.
• Strong understanding of the field dynamics in KP
• Strong interpersonal skills.
