Civil Engineer - Estimation

We Are specializes in construction projects focused on underground utilities, particularly wet utilities. We operate primarily in the USA and are dedicated to delivering high-quality services through meticulous planning, estimation, and execution. We are currently seeking a skilled Civil Engineer with a strong background in estimation and diagram reading to join our backend office team in DHA Lahore for night shift operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Estimation Work: Accurately estimate the costs and resources required for underground utility projects, focusing on wet utilities.
Diagram Reading: Interpret and analyze construction diagrams, blueprints, and technical drawings related to underground utilities.
Project Assessment: Assess project requirements, prepare detailed project plans, and provide cost-effective solutions.
Material Calculation: Calculate material quantities, labor, and equipment needed for the completion of projects.
Budget Preparation: Develop and maintain project budgets, ensuring all estimations are accurate and within project scope.
Documentation: Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including cost estimates, work schedules, and progress reports.
Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, engineers, and other team members to ensure accurate and timely estimations.
Compliance: Ensure all projects comply with local, state, and federal regulations and standards.
Night Shift Operations: Perform all duties and responsibilities during night shift hours, ensuring seamless project progression and communication with the USA-based team.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on estimation and underground utilities.
