Technical Recruiter

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Technical Recruiter to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in technical recruitment, a keen eye for talent, and a passion for connecting people with opportunities. As a Technical Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in identifying and attracting top talent to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
Source, screen, and interview candidates for technical roles including software engineers, developers, data scientists, and IT professionals.
Utilize various recruiting platforms, social media, and job boards to identify and engage potential candidates.
Conduct initial phone screens and coordinate subsequent interview stages.
Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
Provide a positive candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical recruitment.
Strong understanding of technical roles and the technology industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
