Property Agent - Commission Based

Responsibilities:

Showcase our portfolio of rare homes to prospective buyers, highlighting their distinctive features and value propositions.
Conduct property viewings and tours, offering detailed information and insights to clients.
Assist clients in evaluating their needs and preferences to match them with the perfect rare home.
Negotiate terms and conditions of sale or purchase agreements to achieve favorable outcomes for both parties.
Coordinate with property owners, developers, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth transactions.
Stay informed about market trends, property values, and unique selling points of rare homes.

Requirements:
