Responsibilities:

Conduct user research to understand target audience needs, preferences, and behaviors.
Create wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes to visualize design concepts and workflows.
Design intuitive and user-friendly interactions that guide users through complex processes.
Apply principles of visual design, including typography, color theory, and layout, to create engaging interfaces.
Plan and conduct usability testing sessions to gather feedback and validate design choices.
Keep up to date with industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies to continuously improve skills and approaches.

Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Proven experience as a UI/UX designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing design projects and a deep understanding of user-centered design principles.
Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
Solid understanding of front-end development technologies and their impact on design decisions.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Experience with usability testing and user research methodologies.
Knowledge of accessibility standards and guidelines is a plus.
