Our Ideal Candidate:
- Should bring 3-5 years of accounting experience with either US tax exposure or strong international/domestic accounting backgrounds.
- More than just a bookkeeper, you should have in-depth accounting knowledge, tax expertise, and the ability to understand complex financial statements.
- Strong communication skills, both conversational and written, along with high emotional intelligence (EQ) and unwavering integrity in professional interactions, are essential.
- You should be capable of working efficiently and independently.
Your performance will be measured based on your engagement & results in training, estimated vs. actual time taken for tasks and accuracy of work, and your impact on billable client work.
Skills & Qualifications
- 3-5 years of international and domestic accounting or tax experience
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in accounting i.e. BBA,BS Finance, M.Com /MBA (ACCA or CA certification preferred, or in progress)
- Proficiency in accounting principles, including IFRS or US GAAP
- Ability to analyze financial statements (P&L, balance sheets, cash flow)
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills for client service
- Demonstrated emotional intelligence for effective client communication and teamwork
- Strong time management and multitasking abilities in a remote environment
- Tech-savvy, especially with QuickBooks Online, and open to learning new cloud accounting tools
- Commitment to integrity and ethical professionalism in all work interactions
Working Hours: 5PM- 2AM PKT (To overlap with the Clients)
Compensation:
- Salary Range (75,000 to 100,000) Depending upon the level of expertise
- Plus medical insurance after successfully completing the six month service
- Annual bonuses based on performance
