Main role duties and required skills:
- Check/correct tyre air pressure as per vehicle.
- Put wheel holders on/off for alignment.
- General workshop cleaning.
- Wheels on/off from vehicle.
- Vehicle lifting using jacks without damaging the vehicle.
- Check all vehicle nuts/bolts.
- Operate Wheel Alignment Laser Cameras.
- Wheel alignment front/rear,2/4 wheel drive vehicles.
- Wheel balancing 12-20'' size rims, alloy/iron.
- Tyre changing.
- Cambering 2/4 wheels.
- Suspension work (bush, shocks, tie rod, ends etc. repairing/fitting).
- Test driving.
- Vehicle suspension, powertrain, steering and brake diagnostics.
- Solve customer queries on technical issues.
- Technical supervision and direction to the team.
- Maintenance of Workshop (e.g. machinery, utilities, UPS, etc.).
