As a Remote Live Chat Agent, you will be responsible for managing online customer interactions through live chat sessions during the night shift from 10pm to 8am PKT. You will be required to provide prompt and professional customer service, answer customer inquiries, and resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner. The job requires working 10 hours a day, 5 days a week from a remote location.
