We're seeking a results-driven Customer Sales Representative to join our team. You'll build relationships, identify solutions, and drive sales growth while making a positive impact on people's lives.

Key Responsibilities:

 1. Engage with customers to understand their concerns and needs.

2. Offer tailored solutions, products, or services to address issues. 

3. Build trust and rapport with customers to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.

4. Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., operations, customer service) to ensure seamless customer experiences.

5. Meet and exceed sales targets, expanding our customer base and revenue.

6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitors, and market developments.

7. Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring positive word-of-mouth and referrals.

Requirements:

1. 1-2 years of sales experience

2. Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

3. Ability to empathize with customers and understand their needs.

4. Results-driven, self-motivated, and comfortable with targets.

5. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
