Digital Marketing Head

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Marketing Head to join our team in the Information Technology and Services industry. As the Digital Marketing Head, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our company's overall digital marketing strategy. This is a pivotal role within our organization, as it requires a deep understanding of the digital landscape and a strong ability to drive growth and brand awareness.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive business growth and achieve company objectives
Lead and manage the digital marketing team, providing guidance, mentoring, and support
Oversee the planning and execution of all online marketing initiatives, including search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing
Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
Monitor and optimize digital marketing campaigns to maximize ROI and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs)
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and design, to align digital marketing efforts with overall business goals
Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices, and implement innovative strategies to stay ahead of the competition

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
At least 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of success
Knowledge about Q/A, PPC, PM
Expert knowledge of digital marketing channels, platforms, and tools
In-depth understanding of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Highly creative, with the ability to think outside the box and conceptualize innovative marketing campaigns
