Key Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain the network computer system, including hardware, system software, and applications.
- Ensure data is stored securely and backed up regularly.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, networking, and system issues.
- Replace and upgrade defective or outdated components when necessary.
- Monitor system performance to ensure everything runs smoothly and securely.
- To research and recommend new IT approaches to improve the network computer system. Provide technical support when requested.
- Accounting software Administration and server administration.
- HR software and server Administration.
- Email server administration and management.
- IT Infrastructure Management and agreements related to ISP. All websites administration.
- Internet management.
- Servers backup.
Skills require:
- Server Administration, domain & and Linux / Microsoft-based ERP & and Accounting software expertise.
