Are you passionate about providing exceptional customer service and helping people? We're looking for dedicated individuals like you to join our team as Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) and be the voice of our company.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat promptly and professionally.
- Assist customers with product information, account inquiries, order processing, and issue resolution.
- Listen actively to customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions and recommendations.
- Accurately document customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Strive to meet and exceed customer satisfaction and performance targets.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong empathy and ability to connect with customers on a personal level.
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on finding solutions.
- Previous experience in customer service or related fields is preferred but not required.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and customer service software.
- Flexible schedule, including availability for evening and weekend shifts.
