Accounting and Financial Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for our companies in Quick Book Software; ensure financial statements comply with laws and regulations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger and other all entries.
Proficiency in QuickBooks Online/Desktop is mandatory
Preparation of all kinds of vouchers i.e, Cash / Bank / JV etc.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline accounting processes and improve efficiency.
Assist with audits and tax filings
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
Reconcile bank statements and investigate any expected discrepancy regularly.
Handle billing, invoicing, and payment processing.
Work collaboratively as part of a team to meet individual, team and departmental objectives.
Work on different sort of online portals confidentl
Good typing speed, excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Familiarity with tax regulations and compliance.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Scrutiny of different sort of tasks
