We are currently seeking a dynamic individual ready to advance their career. This position is for an Accountant, focusing on delivering practical bookkeeping and financial services for our clients based in the USA.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform all bookkeeping duties for our clients
Oversee day-to-day accounting operations: manage accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger entries.
Manage payroll processing: calculate salaries, wages, deductions, and taxes, ensuring compliance.
Perform bank reconciliations: identify and resolve discrepancies for accurate financial records.
Analyze financial data: identify trends, variances, and cost savings or revenue enhancement opportunities.
Use QuickBooks software to track expenses, reconcile accounts, and generate reports customized to organizational needs.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting & Finance from a top-ranked business school or ACCA, CMA, or CAF.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Advanced to intermediate knowledge of MS Office
2-4 years of relevant work experience, preferably in an accounting firm.
Proficiency in QuickBooks software, including advanced knowledge of features and functionality related to accounting, payroll processing, and bank reconciliation.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret financial data, identify trends, and make strategic recommendations.
