- Preparation of detail Project Implementation Plan (defining all activities, tasks and sub-tasks and responsible persons/teams).
- Guided by Line Manager, prepare the capacity strengthening plan and roll out of the training required at various level.
- She/he will be responsible for carrying out the capacity strengthening activities in LHWs/CHWs/CMWs covered /uncovered areas while rolling out the SBCC activities
- Supervise and monitor the project activities, maintaining the flow of required information and Data to Govt and WFP for keeping track of the Plans vs Achievements, as per agreed timelines
- Continuous oversight on all project activities and task on daily basis.
- Monitor and supervise social mobilization team and social mobilization activities at field and
- Prepare the monthly/ quarterly progress reports (for assigned region/cluster), including both narrative and quantitative information for further sharing with respective donor on agreed indicators
- Act as the point of reference for the technical quires raised by the staff
- Ensure the coordination mechanism are devised between the different stakeholders engaged under the project at different tiers and provided the agreed support, to ensure the smooth implementation of the activities.
- Perform any other task assigned by the authorities
