Screening candidates, shortlisting, phone screening, conducting interviews.
Coordinating shortlisted candidate interviews with Supervisors, Section & Deparmtent Heads.
Negotiations and closing of positions
Drafting & issuing of Offer letters, Employment contracts, NDA & relevant documents.
