Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in business development or sales within the flooring or Building Material industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients/Architects at all levels.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel as required.
