Key Responsibilities:
- Execute preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.
- Conduct equipment inspection, monitor performance, and address equipment faults including PM, CM, and Breakdown.
- Implement HSE protocols and ensure strict compliance.
- Collaborate with production, warehouse, HSE, contractors, and suppliers for efficient maintenance operations
- Maintain accurate records and prepare maintenance reports.
- Maintain history cards with failure and repair records of truck
- Ensure accurate record keeping of the spare’s consumption and requirements.
Requirements:
- B-Tech in Mechanical or related field. - NO BE/BSC B Tech should be the max requirement
- 5 - 15 years of relevant experience in maintenance of mining equipment like excavators, dozers, graders, loaders, dumpers, cranes, etc.
- Strong coordination, technical, and organizational skills.
- In-depth knowledge of Health, Safety, and Environment standards and protocols.
- Proficiency in soft skills including Microsoft Excel (SAP preferred).
Familiarity with OEM recommendations and maintenance practices.
