* Heading the sales department and implementing the organization’s sales plan
* Assisting in the development of the sales plan and strategies
* Leading a team of Sales Managers and executives, setting up their targets and monitoring their KPIs
* Ensuring targets are in line with the organization’s goals and objectives and ensuring target achievement
* Providing complete visibility of sales targets, sales forecasts, sales pipelines, projections and performance to the top-level management
* Helping sales manager close deals
* Executing sales performance-based incentive/commission policies
* Ensuring implementation of leads management system
* Coordinating with other departments for sales support functions
