- Assist in the development and maintenance of detailed project schedules using planning software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project).
- Update and monitor project schedules, identifying potential delays and proposing corrective actions.
- Work closely with project managers and team leaders to ensure alignment with project timelines.
- Collect and analyze data on project progress, resource usage, and costs.
- Prepare regular reports on project status, highlighting any issues or variances from the plan.
- Support in preparing presentations for stakeholders and management reviews.
- Liaise with various departments and stakeholders to gather necessary information for schedule updates.
- Facilitate meetings to discuss project progress and address scheduling issues.
- Communicate effectively with the project team to ensure everyone is aware of their roles and responsibilities within the project schedule.
- Maintain accurate records of project schedules, updates, and changes.
- Ensure that all project documentation is properly organized and accessible for future reference.
- Identify potential risks to the project schedule and propose mitigation strategies.
- Assist in the development of contingency plans to address potential delays or disruptions.
- Participate in the review and improvement of planning and scheduling processes.
- Stay updated with industry best practices and new tools/technologies in project planning.
B.Sc/BE Civil Engineering from an HEC recognized university.
Preferably Masters in Project management with hands-on experience of Prema Vera P6 in a big construction company or Real estate developer.
Experience of 2-3 years is a must.
