Key Responsibilities:

Able to Install solar PV systems, handle wiring, mount and connections of Inverter and Solar panels MC4 connections, perform testing, and install main switches for residential and commercial projects.
Lead site teams to ensure efficient, safe, and high-quality installations in compliance with company standards and regulations.
Conduct site visits to verify pre-installation requirements are met.
Manage customer inquiries, complaint resolution and fault removal.

Key Competencies:

Good knowledge of PV solar industry or willingness to learn Strong technical knowledge.
Strong project management skills and ability to meet project deadlines (time and budget) Strong supervisory and leadership skills
Self-motivated with good time management skills and ability to prioritize your workload Focus on customer service
Good initiative and attention to detail.
