Content Creator

Polymer Data Security is seeking a talented Technical Documentation and Demo Video Creator to develop engaging, clear, and informative materials that showcase our platform’s data security features, integrations, and capabilities. This role combines technical writing with multimedia production to deliver comprehensive support and instructional content for our diverse user base, ranging from technical to non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities:

Create and maintain technical documentation for both technical and nontechnical audiences, including feature descriptions, integration guides, and FAQs.
Develop video tutorials and demo videos, including scripting, recording, editing, and adding motion graphics to highlight product functionalities.
Collaborate closely with subject matter experts, engineers, and the product marketing team to gather insights and ensure content accuracy and relevance.
Build and enhance user assistance infrastructure, including how-to sections, Help content, and troubleshooting guides.
Collect and analyze user feedback to identify areas of documentation that need improvement.
Participate in product development, user experience, or quality design meetings to align documentation with evolving product features.

Qualifications:

Strong written communication skills tailored to US-based audiences.
2-3 years of experience in technical writing and instructional content creation for software products.
Proficiency in video production, including editing, post-production, and motion graphics, with an eye for visual storytelling.
Experience with multimedia software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Camtasia, or other video editing tools).
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects with overlapping deadlines.
A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating clear, concise, and engaging user materials.
Knowledge of data security concepts and practices is a strong plus.
