SEO Specialist

We are looking for an SEO expert to lead our efforts in optimizing our digital presence and driving organic growth across all online channels. The ideal candidate must possess an in-depth understanding of search engine algorithms, keyword research, on-page and off-page optimization, and technical SEO. Moreover, they should have a proven track record of successfully executing SEO strategies across different industries.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute data-driven SEO strategies to boost organic traffic and engagement.
Conduct thorough keyword research to identify and target relevant search terms.

Evaluate user behavior to identify trends and patterns.
Implement off-page optimization strategies (such as building high-quality backlinks and social media marketing) to ensure brand authority and relevance.
Conduct competitor analysis to identify ways of improving the company’s position in the market.
Utilize relevant tools and platforms (e.g. Google Analytics, Ahrefs, Moz, Semrush) for monitoring and analysis.
Conduct comprehensive technical and on-page audits.
Track key metrics and provide regular reports on the effectiveness of SEO initiatives.
Stay up-to-date with current SEO trends and industry developments to modify and refine strategies accordingly.

Requirements:

Proven experience of 3-5 years as an SEO professional.
Bachelor’s in Marketing or a relevant discipline.
Industry-recognized SEO certifications (like from Google, HubSpot, Semrush etc.).
Proficiency in tools and platforms like Google Keyword Planner, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, Moz, Semrush etc.
Solid grasp of semantic HTML and JavaScript.
Experience with e-commerce web content management systems like Shopify.
Deep understanding of SEO best practices and digital marketing trends.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
